Investigation of the influence of mustard cake in mixture with microelements on milk productivity of cows and milk quality

Abstract

Feeding of cake with mustard in mixture with microelements facilitates the increase of milk yields by 1,7 kg, improves it biochemical composition, particularly, protein content by 22%, more COMO and milk density, fat content on one level.
