Scientific foundations of the formation of high productive blue lupine crops under conditions of Forest-Steppe of Ukraine

Abstract

Terms, methods and rates of blue lupine seed sowing in order to grow high productive crops are substantiated. Adjustment of these factors’ influence with the biological demands of plants may result in the yield increase up to 4,0-4,5 t/he under conditions of Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. When soil is warmed up to 8°C blue lupine sowing width with inter-rows of 15 cm provides maximum level of crop yields, namely 3,94 tones per hectare. Considerable decrease of crop yields when growing blue lupine with less density and inter-rows width of 30 and 45 sown under temperatures on the depth of sowing up to 5 and 8°C is noted.
