Functioning of symbiosis “bradyrhizobium japonicum-soya” and yield of soybean under the effect of Ryzohumin and physiologically active substances

Abstract

The influence of presowing seed inoculation with microbial preparation Ryzohumin, micro-fertilizer Reacom, plant growth stimulator Biosil in various combinations is studied. Effectiveness of the solutions of microfertilizers and Biosil on vegetation of bacteriogenic plants on the formation and functioning of legume-rizobial symbiosis and grain yield of soybean is studied. According to the results of the research, it is established that the formation and development of nodules on soybean roots are active when using seed inoculation with microbial preparation Ryzohumin and they are enhanced when treating the crops with solutions of chelated trace elements and a plant growth stimulator. Bacterization of soybean seeds with Ryzohumin and spraying of crops with micro-fertilizer in combination with a growth stimulator increased the yield by 25.8 %.
