Soybean efficiency in feeding highly productive cows and different biological value of soybean protein and milk in the milk period of calf growing
Abstract
Intestinal digestion of highly productive cows prevails almost 1.7 times that one of the low productive because of the speed of feed mass moving through the digestive tract, in particular extruded soybean during the day kg/h. The biological value of protein of milk and soybean for the suckling calves is not the same. In the small intestine of suckling calves peptides of the decomposing milk protein are absorbed, while those ones of soybean are not absorbed because of the difference in peptide and inter-peptide links of the protein structure.
