Change of the feeding value of wheat and rye bran under enzym effect
Abstract
Materials on the chemical composition of wheat and rye bran are submitted. Its role in farm animal feeding is noted, and the results of research on the redivision of the amount of easily soluble carbohydrates, starch, sugar, hemicellulose, cellulose in carbon complexes of bran under the effect of different multienzyme cocktails is establsished.
