Balanced freshly mixed fodder made from organic feeds provides high-quality poultry products
Abstract
Chemical composition, nutritional value and productive effect of mixed fodders made from organically and traditionally grown feeds as well mixed fodder of industrial production are highlighted. Content of essential nutrients of mixed fodder and their regulatory indicator SSTU 4120:2002 are compared. Assessment of productivity, product quality of broiler-chickens consuming freshly mixed balanced fodder with organically and traditionally grown feeds and mixed fodder of industrial production is conducted.
