Quality indicators of silage when using cruciferous crops harvested in different phases of growth
Abstract
Organoleptic parameters, chemical composition and content of organic acids in silage harvested in different phases of growth have been studied. It has been established that optimal time for siloing cruciferous crops is a phase of fruit formation. At this phase, green mass of cruciferous crops has higher content of dry matter, crude protein and crude fat.
