Abstract

Results of researches on replacement of 2 kg of grinded pea by similar quantity dry post-spirit grains in diets of milk cows are presented. Increase of efficiency, fat and protein in milk is shown. The analysis of fatty-acid composi-tion of dairy fat is carried out.
